Reggie Hosier started his IKI career journey in 1996, working on the line in production. He spent years in a materials position, followed by a mechanic role, until he’d mastered running all of our production lines. Reggie’s hard work got him promoted to Maintenance Manager, Plant Manager, and finally Director of Engineering and Maintenance in 2021.
Reggie’s work ethic even rubbed off on his son, Sam! While he was still in high school back in 2010, Sam joined his dad at IKI and stayed with the company throughout college, working as Production Line Supervisor and as a blending team member. In 2022, Sam was promoted to Blending Supervisor, carving out his own niche and impressive career trajectory. We’re proud to be a workplace where employees feel proud to bring their family members into the fold!
The Hosier family is local to Edgerton. In 2018, Reggie started a Kindness Rock group known as Journey Rocks, with the goal of brightening peoples’ days with positivity. Sam is a big fan of basketball and outdoor activities like hunting.
