Chief Executive Officer
As granddaughter of IKI’s founder, Stanley Midtbo, Megan Walker marks the third generation of IKI's family owners and operators. She took the reins in 2020, after working at IKI for over 17 years. Together with her husband Andy, Megan provides both tactical and strategic leadership to IKI and its 200+ employees.
President
Andy Walker joined the IKI team in 2018, bringing decades of technical expertise in data science strategy, analytics, and engineering. A proven serial entrepreneur, Andy feels equally at home in both operational roles and venture capitalist endeavors.
Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Jason oversees the day to day cross-functional aspects of IKI while working closely with the CEO and President on Strategic Initiatives. He joined IKI after 20 years with Spectrum Brands — part of Jason's 25 years of total experience in the aerosol industry. He has previously held roles that included US Sales and Global Sourcing functions. Jason and his wife, Shannon, reside in Edgerton along with their daughter Charley.

Senior Manager of Product Development
Amanda Rountree is the Senior Manager of Product Development. She comes with seven total years of industry experience. Her primary R&D expertise has been centered around aerosol and liquid development of personal care and household products. She has reverse engineered bestsellers, innovated new products, and traversed the ever-changing regulatory landscape with her thoughtful approach to formulation. Amanda’s favorite aspect is developing original and cutting-edge products for customers to stand out within the market.
Business Development Manager
Cortney Oren has been the Business Development Manager at IKI Manufacturing since 2020. Prior to IKI, Cortney gained experience in a Business Development role in the Education Tech Space. As IKI's Business Development Manager, Cortney interfaces with both new clients and established clients seeking to expand their portfolios. She works closely with our COO and Vice President of Product Development to provide the best experience for our customers.
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Casey coordinates safety initiatives, facilities, maintenance, and aspects of production. Casey works closely with the Quality and Procurement departments to deliver the best results and customer experience possible.
Casey has been the Director of Operations since 2021. Prior to that, he worked with large manufacturing companies in roles related to Environmental Safety and Health. He and his wife Kari are proud to represent IKI, especially at the charity drives and local community events that they frequent.

Director of Engineering and Maintenance
Reggie Hosier is the Director of Engineering and Maintenance at IKI Manufacturing. As the Director of Engineering and Maintenance, Reggie coordinates all engineering and maintenance activities within the company.
Reggie has been the Director of Engineering and Maintenance since 2021. He began his career at IKI in 1996, working on the line in production, quickly moving on to a materials position, then to a mechanic position. Reggie learned to run all production lines and became the Maintenance Manager. He later advanced to Plant Manager and Director of Engineering. Reggie and his wife Jen reside in Edgerton. Kindness is their hobby. Together, they started a Kindness Rock group known as Journey Rocks in 2018. Their goal is to brighten someone’s day with positivity.
