Jason joined IKI after 20 years with Spectrum Brands — part of Jason's 25 years of total experience in the aerosol industry. He has previously held roles that included US Sales and Global Sourcing functions. Jason and his wife, Shannon, reside in Edgerton along with their daughter Charley.‍

Jeff joined IKI Manufacturing in 2022 and is the Chief Financial Officer. Jeff’s prior experience is 20 years with both public and privately owned manufacturing companies. He’s held various finance, operations, and supply chain roles with the Kerry Group, Precision Castparts and Berner Food & Beverage. He has a BBA and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin Madison.

With over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, Caryn Castle serves as the Senior Director of Supply Chain at IKI. She focuses on streamlining supply chain operations and managing variability within supply chain to ensure stability and A+ service to our clients.  Known for building strong relationships and handling complex production timelines, Caryn is dedicated to improving processes and ensuring a smooth, reliable experience for every client.

Amanda Rountree is the Director of Strategic Growth & Innovation. She comes with seven total years of industry experience. Her primary R&D expertise has been centered around aerosol and liquid development of personal care and household products. She has reverse engineered bestsellers, innovated new products, and traversed the ever-changing regulatory landscape with her thoughtful approach to formulation. Amanda’s favorite aspect is developing original and cutting-edge products for customers to stand out within the market.

With over five years of contract aerosol manufacturing experience, Brandon Forseth serves as the Engineering and Commercialization Manager at IKI. He focuses on bolstering external relationships and ensures clients' needs are adequately met by leveraging IKI's trusted OEMs. He's known for cultivating strong and lasting relationships internally and externally with our valued partners.

Quality Manager with 7+ years in FDA-regulatedpersonal care and pharmaceutical contract manufacturing facilities. Proven background within analytical labs, specializing in complex analyses, compendial methods, and leading data-driven cross-functional improvements.
